Taiwan Online Purchase Policy

 

Purchase Quantity:

 

No minimum purchase quantity, you can even buy 1 pc/1 item only.  You can also combine your purchase from different shops.

 

 

 

Our Charges / Taiwan Local Postage:

 

Purchase rate for Malaysia buyers or your delivery address is in Malaysia = 0.13 (Payment to us will be in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) to our * Malaysia Maybank account or via Paypal)

 

Purchase rate for other international buyers = 0.045 (Payment to us will be in Australian Dollar (AUD$) to our * Commonwealth Bank Account or via Paypal)

 

Taiwan local postage = actual postage charge by Taiwan shops (you dont have to pay for this if Taiwan shops do  not charge for local postage / Free postage)

 

* Please contact us to get our Bank details if you wish to bank in cash directly to our bank accounts.

 

 

 

Paypal Charges  (This is the fee charged by Paypal, you can check it out at Paypal website):

 

Paypal fee charges for payment in Ringgit Malaysia = 3.9% + RM2

 

Paypal fee charges for payment in Australian Dollars= 4.4%

 

 

 

Our Charges Calculation Example (Same calculation for other international buyers but the rate is 0.045):

 

Eg. Shoes one pair NT450 from shop A, Skirt 1 pc NT300  shop B = (NT450 + NT300) = NT950 (Order amount)

 

Taiwan local postage (NT60  shop A+ NT80 shop B) = NT140 (If shops charge local postage. Otherwise, you do not have to pay Taiwan local postage)

 

Total payment (1st Payment to us) = NT950 + NT140 = NT1,090 x 0.13 = (RM141.70 x 3.9%) + RM2 = RM149

 

 

 

International courier fee:

 

All your parcels sent out by different Taiwan shops will be packed into one parcel before sending to you.  Buyers bear international courier fee from Taiwan to your delivery address.  Parcels will be sent to your doorsteps.  We will inform you the actual weight of parcel once the Taiwan post office weights your parcels.

 

Eg. Total courier fee is NT335 x 0.13 = (RM43.55 x 3.9%) + RM2 = RM47.24  (2nd payment to us)

Selection of items/shops:

 

Please read all Taiwan shops purchase terms & conditions which you would like to buy from them as many of the lady wear shops are doing pre order.  It will take 20- 30 days waiting time after we submit your order to the shop.

 

We provide online purchase service only, i.e. submit your order, make payment and arrange for courier. We will not be held responsible for other matters except for the service that we provide (as mentioned – submit your order, make payment, arrange courier).  Therefore, please make sure you read all the terms & conditions carefully before you decide to buy from a particular shop.

 

Once you order is submitted to Taiwan, no cancellation or request for refund is acceptable.
