Our Responsibilities (台湾代购服务)

  1. Our services include only to assist you in liaising with Taiwan online stores owners for submitting your order, pack all parcels we receive from different online stores which you have purchased into one parcel and arrange for delivery to your destination countries.

  2. We do not inspect your order items from online stores in terms of quantity or quality.

  3. We will not be held responsible for any defect item / wrong item / wrong quantity of item you receive, loss in delivery, tax & custom issues in your destination countries as these are out of our control. We are neither the seller of the products nor the courier companies.

  4. We can try our best to liaise with shop owner based on your request for any defect item / wrong item / wrong quantity of item you receive or parcel loss in delivery.  However, we do not guarantee on what actions that shop owners will take to compensate your loss.

  5. Upon your request and the agreement by Taiwan online shop owners to accept return item, we can assist you in returning defect items to the shop owner. However, buyers have to bear the postal charges from your destination countries to our Taiwan warehouse address plus Taiwan local postal charges for returning it from our warehouse to the online shops.  If any time you refuse to pay for the Taiwan local postal charges for returning the goods to the owner after we receive your return parcel, we will not proceed to return to shop owner until you make the postal charges.  

  6. Any complaint against us with regards to the issues as mentioned above in Item 3 is not acceptable as we are not the manufacturer or seller of the products you have purchased, we are not part of Taiwan Post Office service staff.  We only try our best to provide a service as an intermediary to assist you to get what you want to buy and to satify our customers as much as possible. Your support make us success.
